I was impressed with the clean and modern room which had a private bathroom and a balcony, and I enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace.

The breakfast is lovely, the staff are excellent. A funicular station is located close to the hotel.

We loved our stay at Chiaia Suites! The location was fantastic, close to all the major attractions in the heart of Naples. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the lovely little courtyard where we could enjoy a delicious breakfast before heading out for the day. Despite being in the middle of the city, the noise level was surprisingly low, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. Despite being located next to a busy road, the traffic noise didn't bother me with the double glazed windows closed. Being in the heart of Chiaia made me feel like I was part of the authentic atmosphere of Naples. The staff's willingness to let me leave my luggage after check-out was a big help, as my flight was not until later in the evening. I would definitely recommend Chiaia Suites for anyone visiting Naples.
